The Evening IELTS class completed their pre-test and they have received some FANTASTIC results!
The class completed a Listening and a Reading exam for both General and Academic testing. The average results for the Reading test was 7.0 and the students performed equally impressive on the Listening exam with the top score reaching an outstanding 8.5 out of a possible 9.0.
Well done to all our Evening IELTS students!
Oscar from Colombia came to GV with absolutely NO English, but he now going for IELTS target 6!
Oscar started at our Noosa campus in June 2005. When he arrived, he couldn’t even say hello. After 7 months of General English, he decided to transfer to the Brisbane campus and completed some more General English, EAP and IELTS.
When he completed his time here in September 2006, he went on to complete a Diploma of Business at a college in the city. His goal is to now gain Permanent Residency and work in his field of Environmental Engineering.
So now he is back! He has joined our IELTS program again, but this time he is aiming for his target of 6.

Martina got the results she wanted!
Martina completed 3 months of IELTS before she did the test. She got the result of 7.0 that she wished for. She is now going to join Business English to improve her english even more while she decides if she would like to go to University. Well done Martina!
