·         Ensure all department equipment is maintained to a high standard.

Understand the correct usage and storage of cleaning agents in line with health and safety regulations and manufacturers instructions.

Casual cook / chef

We are now recruiting for a casual cook / chef to work about 15 – 20 hours per week. You will need to be able to work on weekends, excluding Sunday.
Your role will include: All aspects of food preparation and cooking involving both pan work and pizza oven work, from initial preparation through to finished presentation.
Ensuring that state and local hygeine standards are met, within the guidelines of our existing food safety practices.
Ensuring that food preparation is timely, and to the quality and standards of the business.
Assisting with receiving and storing stock, and performing duties relating to the administrative documentation of these practices within food handling guidelines, including log books.
A working knowledge of workplace health and safety and hygiene regulations. Being actively involved in all aspects of kitchen operations.

Motel Housekeeper

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Housekeeper for our busy Motel on the north side of Brisbane.
As part of the Housekeeping team you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in guest rooms, villas and public areas.
