After all the excitement of G20, Brisbane is returning to it’s regular pace. Still lots happening, as usual, and whether you are looking for a relaxing time or an awesome party Brisbane has some great ideas.
Start the weekend with a relaxing afternoon of free music at Southbank. Every Friday afternoon at GreenJam there will free music playing along in a gorgeous space, located right next to QPAC and Southbank. More information here.
From Friday through to Sunday this week we have the Jungle Love Festival at Moogerah Dam (about an hour from Brisbane). Its a beautiful location, with great music and the line-up promises to be energetic and fun. More information here.
Saturday will be the day to get out and see some of Brisbane’s most creative and environmentally friendly artists produce an awesome range of things. Everything will be recycled or just generally very good for the environment! The markets are located at Southbank and will run from 9am-3pm. More information here.
On Saturday night Brisbane will have a show of one of the world’s most beautiful musicians- Tori Amos is playing at QPAC. Tickets are kind of expensive, but if you are a fan it promises to be a beautiful show. More information here.
