What’s on in Brisbane!

Here’s a couple of  suggestions for you to try over the weekend!

There’s a new Harajuku Gyoza in town, and it’s right around the corner from Lexis!! Taste the flavours of Tokyo and experience the traditional Japanese Izakaya-style environment at their brand new store on Queen Street. Not only do they specialise in gyoza, but you can also try some other delicious Japanese dishes such as Karaage chicken, edamame and even try some Japanese beer, wine and sake.Take a look at the yummy menu here. Love dinosaurs? Then it’s not too late to check out the Dinosaur Discovery: Lost Creatures of the Cretaceous exhibition, on now at the Queensland Museum. Tickets are $13.50**, and you can buy your tickets here, or pay when you get there. This event runs until the 5th of October, so please do go and have a look while you can!
** $13.50 is the concession price. Make sure to take your Lexis student card to get this price. Regular adult price is $15.

eatIf you haven’t heard about the Eat Street Markets yet, you’re missing out! Open again this weekend, Hamilton portside will come alive with various food stalls and live entertainment that will go well into the night. Enjoy some delicious food with friends at this must-see event down by the Brisbane River. Check out their website for more details.
