The End of the Line Festival

The End of the Line Festival is a free street festival which aims to showcase and celebrate the unique Brisbane precinct of Woolloongabba.  Local artists also perform during the afternoon throughout the festival area.  The event is free and everyone is welcome.


Sunday, 11 November

Remembrance Day Service

At the eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month, people around Australia will pause to remember the lives lost during World War I and the other conflicts of the past century. RSL Queensland will host the State’s largest Remembrance Day ceremony at the Shrine of Remembrance, ANZAC Square, Brisbane.

This day in Fort Lytton National Park Brisbane Symphonic Band, BSB Swing and the Queensland Irish Association Pipe Band join to pay tribute to the fallen. More information here.
