What you will need:

  • Hospitality & customer service experience in bars, restaurants and cafes¬†is preferred
  • To be quick on your feet, with the ability to work with high-volume in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong product knowledge and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and a friendly manner, with a willingness to provide amazing customer engagement
  • Hard working, well-groomed, highly motivated, fun and creative
  • Previous experience behind a coffee machine would be beneficial ‚Äď but training will be provided.
  • Must have great availability across the week¬† with flexibility for day and night shifts.

About the business

The café operates 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday in a busy business building area.

About the role

Busy city cafe looking for 1 x part time kitchen hand person and 1 x full time barista person.

With the kitchen hand person, we are looking for someone who has experience in commercial cooking, He or she needs to be passionate at cafe industry, be a quick learner and all rounder. He/ she needs to be energetic, positive love-to-do attitude and being a responsible person.  Preferably has cook certification but not a must. This is a part time role. possible 20 -25 hours per week. If you are a team player and able to work under stress and looking for develop further.


With the full time barista, We are looking for someone who has at least 2 years of experience as a Barista. Need to have good customer service skills, be very sensitive to coffee tastes and be able to work under pressure. This is a full time role, and the cafe operates between 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Need to be a team player and be able to work independently too.

Waiter/Front Counter Attendant

We need an EXPERIENCED Waiter to work 15 + hours a week, must be available for Friday/Saturday nights, shifts are generally 5.30 Р9.30pm.  You will also be trained to work in our Takeaway area.
