Receptionist / Front Office / Central Apartment Hotels

Only those with reception experience to apply please. Previous experience in the hotel industry may be an advantage but is not essential.  Training will be provided.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include (but not limited to):

  • Providing high standard of customer service at all times
  • Checking guests in and out, reservations, cash handing, balancing and liaising with guests
  • The ability to multitask especially in busy periods
  • Manage all accommodation enquiries (telephone, email and walk-ins) and convert to confirmed reservations

SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT will ideally have:

  • Experience using a hotel reservation program (RMS 9+ preferred but not essential)
  • Ability to work comfortably within a team environment as well as autonomously
  • Intermediate computer skills

This is a HIGA award position.  You will be required to work shifts across a seven day per week roster including public holidays.

Room Attendant / Quest Cannon Hill

Quest Cannon Hill now has an exciting opportunity available for a Housekeeper to join its team on a casual basis working from 15 to 30 hours per week.

The role involves providing housekeeping and room attendant services for apartments (studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom apartments) and cleaning common areas to ensure high standards of presentation of the property in line with the Quest brand standards, and efficient operations based on occupancy demands and guest needs
